Payment options
We accept M-PESA, bank transfer (KES and USD accounts) and Visa or Mastercard. Most packages can be secured with a deposit, with the balance due before travel. Group bookings can be paid in instalments by arrangement.
Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should I book?
For Kenyan safaris and beach holidays, two to four weeks is usually fine outside peak season (July to October, Christmas and Easter), when six to eight weeks is safer. For international trips that need a visa, allow six to twelve weeks. Gorilla permits and Maldives or Dubai over Christmas should be booked three months ahead.
Do your prices include park fees and taxes?
Yes. Every quote lists what is included and excluded, and park fees, government taxes and transfers are always shown. The only things we leave out are personal items, tips, optional activities and anything we specifically list as excluded.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, for most packages. A deposit confirms your booking and the balance is due before departure. For group and pilgrimage bookings we offer structured payment plans.
Can you help with visas?
We prepare and check your application documents, book appointments and provide the itinerary, hotel and flight confirmations embassies require. Approval is always at the discretion of the embassy, but a complete application makes a big difference.
What happens if something goes wrong while I am travelling?
Call or WhatsApp our 24-hour emergency line. We will rebook flights, find alternative hotels or liaise with your insurer, whatever is needed.
