Shanol Tours & Travel Ltd is a Kenyan-owned travel agency and tour operator based at Empire Business Centre on Langata Road, Nairobi. We plan safaris, beach holidays, air tickets and international trips for families, couples, church groups, schools and companies across Kenya and the diaspora.
Why we started
Too many Kenyan travellers were being sold trips by people who had never been to the places they were selling, with prices that changed at the gate and nobody to call when a flight was missed. We started Shanol to do it differently: honest quotes, consultants who know the lodges and the routes first-hand, and a phone that is answered at 2am if you need it.
Our name comes from our founders’ families, and our tagline, Creating Seamless Travel, is the standard we hold every booking to. If any part of your trip is not seamless, we want to know.
